Why FORGE is different

Built like the job, not a tutorial

Most courses stop at a notebook demo. FORGE takes you all the way to deployed, monitored, governed systems — the way real AI teams work.

Production, not POC

Every project ships with auth, evaluation, monitoring, guardrails and cost control — deployed to the cloud, not left in a notebook.

Live, not recorded

Real-time sessions, live code reviews, and direct Q&A with practitioners. You're in the room, not watching a playback.

Taught by builders

Led by engineers who ship enterprise AI for hedge funds, PE firms and banks — the same patterns behind PRISM and RICH.

Hired, not just taught

Full AI-interview preparation, a portfolio that stands out, and mock interviews with feedback — so you can actually land the role.

Your Learning Journey

By Day 45 you can build, deploy and operate this entire stack — the line that separates an AI hobbyist from a production AI engineer.
Real Production Projects

You'll ship four real systems

⚒️ Every project is production-grade — deployed, evaluated, monitored. No throwaway POCs.
PROJECT 01

Enterprise Knowledge Assistant (RAG)

Ingest a real document corpus, build hybrid search with citations, add authentication and an evaluation harness, then deploy with monitoring. The pattern behind every enterprise AI assistant.

PROJECT 02

Multi-Agent Research & Analysis System

Agents that plan, retrieve, debate and synthesise — orchestrated with LangGraph, with memory and tool use. The architecture behind real autonomous workflows.

PROJECT 03

Natural-Language-to-SQL Data Agent

Query a real relational database in plain English, with schema awareness, guardrails, and role-based access. A pattern in huge demand across finance and analytics.

PROJECT 04

Ship It: Deployed, Observed & Governed

Take a project all the way to production — CI/CD, tracing and observability, prompt-injection defence, and a live cost dashboard. The layer that separates engineers from hobbyists.

Clear the AI Interview

Walk in ready to be hired

A dedicated track on exactly how to clear AI engineering interviews — the questions, the system designs, and how to tell the story of your work.

AI System Design

Design a RAG platform, an agent system, or scale to millions of documents — reasoning out latency, cost and reliability trade-offs out loud.

LLM & ML Fundamentals

Transformers, attention, embeddings, RAG vs fine-tuning, hallucination mitigation, and evaluation metrics — explained the way interviewers probe.

Live Coding Rounds

Build a small RAG or agent live, integrate an API under time pressure, and write clean, reviewable AI code on the spot.

Production & Trade-offs

The questions juniors miss: observability, guardrails, cost, security and governance — the answers that signal real seniority.

Behavioural & Portfolio

Tell the story of your production projects with impact and metrics — and present a GitHub and portfolio that earns the offer.

Mock Interviews

Real mock interviews with personalised feedback, plus a bank of 200+ actual AI-engineering questions to drill before the real thing.

Questions

Good to know

Do I need a machine-learning background?
No machine-learning or maths background needed. We start from the foundations — including the Python you'll use — so developers, QA engineers, analysts and career-switchers can all keep up. Bring curiosity and commitment, and we'll get you building and shipping real AI systems.
Is it really live, or pre-recorded?
Live. Sessions are run in real time with direct Q&A, live code reviews, and mentorship. You also get the materials and recordings afterwards, but the core experience is being in the room.
What makes the projects "production-ready" and not POCs?
Every project goes beyond a working demo: authentication, evaluation harnesses, monitoring and tracing, guardrails, error handling, deployment to the cloud, and cost control. That production layer is exactly what interviewers and employers look for.
How much time per day should I expect to commit?
Plan for roughly 2–3 hours on session days plus project work. It's intensive by design — 45 days is short because the pace is real. You'll get the most out of it by treating it like a sprint.
Will this actually help me get a job?
That's the whole point of the final phase: a standout portfolio of shipped systems, AI system-design practice, mock interviews with feedback, and a 200+ question bank. We prepare you for the interview, not just the syllabus.
How do I enroll?
Click "Apply to enroll" above and send us a quick note. We review applications on a rolling basis and will follow up with cohort dates, format, and next steps.
